I try to do everything myself within my business, but I quickly found bookkeeping to be a task that I often procrastinated as long as I could. Tax-time would roll around and I’d be furiously logging and categorizing expenses, Googling answers to tax questions, and just hoping I did it all right.

When I handed my books over to Kristen, I apologized for the hot mess I was dropping in her lap, but she was actually enthusiastic to get my books straightened out. In no time, she had me set up in a new bookkeeping system, and everything nice and organized. The reports she has provided me have given me more insight into the financial health of my business, and she’s been able to offer guidance on properly categorizing my expenses to get the most tax benefit.

Tax-time used to cause me anxiety, but thankfully I now have Kristen looking out for me and I can finally go into the process prepared and confident. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner!
